3 Medical Forms....check your information
Hey all
Just a reminder that the deadline for the med forms is May 12th. Raven Knob also
requires a (front and back) copy of an insurance card for everyone attending.
Please turn those into me before May 12th also. Scouts need a Class 1 and 2 med
form filled out for camp. Go ahead and get your class 3 filled out also, Scouts
need those for backpacking trips. Parents fill out the Class 1, doctors fill out
the 2 and 3.
We have put a deposit on summer camp for all but two Scouts. Please see Ann
Errett Monday night to make sure your summer camp account is current. If you are
not going to summer camp please let me know via email ASAP. Working on a night
and a time for a summer camp parents meeting, more details soon.
I have attached the permission slip for the April campout. It is not due until
Mar 31, don't bring it this Monday night, wait until next week. I will resend it
with a reminder before then.
